Are your products truly 100% natural?

We absolutely strive to use the purest ingredients we can source to create the skincare product that will work for you. We pride ourselves on crafting products with ingredients that are from the earth and are vegan. Our formulations are free from chemicals and preservatives are used in our water-based products to ensure its longevity and use, ensuring you receive the purest, natural goodness for your skin.

How fresh are your products?

All items with the exception of our soaps are created close to the times of events or sale. Our soaps are cold processed soaps and needs “cure time”. As such, those items are created within enough time to cure and be ready for shipment. We do NOT warehouse out products and do our best to move them as quickly as they are created.

Are there any synthetic fragrances or colors in your products?

There are some items such as soaps that may have fragrance oils that are responsibly sourced. Colorants vary as we use infused roots and powders to obtain the colour of some items.

How do I know which product is best for my skin type?

By communicating with us we can share or make recommendations. All out products have an ingredient list that will also give you an idea of what may have allergens or ingredients that might be sensitive for you.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. While we may not be able to accept items once they have been shipped due to the nature of our business and sensitivity of the product, we can explore options that we hope will be satisfactory to both customer and Yz.

Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?

As a business that is seeking to be eco friendly and sustainable, we use packaging that supports that mission. While we do use some plastic for creams, lotions etc. we continue to look at ways for customers to recycle and also practice sustainable lifestyle.

Can I find your products in stores, or are they available only online?

The products are available on my website and cannot be found in stores (yet).
